About Us

We offer a fusion of lively European and Asian-inspired cuisines, created from organic meats and the finest locally-grown foods. Our clean, fresh, and boldly flavored dishes are unique to the Upper Valley.

Chef Jim Peyton has cooked at fine dining establishments throughout the United States and the Virgin Islands. His 25-year culinary career includes chef positions at Christian's Restaurant in New Orleans, The Peninsula and Regency Hotels in New York City, and The French Embassy and The National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

Heidi Peyton is a natural host who welcomes and accommodates her guests with ease. Heidi's quick wit, sharp attention to detail, and knowledge of food and wine contribute to a memorable dining experience.
