His 25-year culinary career includes chef positions at Christian's Restaurant in New Orleans, The Peninsula and Regency Hotels in New York City, and The French Embassy and The National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Heidi Peyton is a natural host who welcomes and accommodates her guests with ease.
